We ship Monday-Saturday, not including Sunday and Holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom orders, special orders, and items requiring special/custom packaging may take an additional 3-5 business days. Customer is notified by email when the order is shipped, the carrier name, package tracking information, and the estimated delivery date when available. The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, delivery location and the shipping carrier. Other factors such as shipping carrier delays or placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push the actual delivery date of your order beyond the estimated delivery date.

Items are brand new (unless stated otherwise) and are shipped with a free gift box.

Please refer to the listing for description, weights and measurements, which are approximate, although we do try to be as accurate as possible.
All items will be tested and tagged before shipping.
Returned item should be returned with all original boxes, tags, and documents. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. This means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.
Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.
If tags are removed the return is invalid.
Refunds are in the amount or price paid for the item being returned and will not include shipping and handling charges originally paid with your order.
You must obtain package insurance and furnish tracking numbers when returning items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
* Certains items, do to value or for other reasons, may require signature confirmation upon arrival. Such items cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box, customers must provide a physical street address.

Certain cancellation reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.
